Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) Assessments
If you would like to book your child in for an ASD assessment, please take the following next steps (we must receive a valid referral from your pediatrician before considering your child for assessment):
1. Complete the "refer your child" form yourself (further down this page)
2. Visit your paediatrician for a referral (note medicare rebates may be available for children 13 years and under)
3. Email the paediatrician's referral to regional@centreforchilddevelopment.com

ADHD and Educational Assessments
If you would like to book your child in for either an ADHD or Educational assessment, please take the following next steps (we must receive an NCCD Referral Form before considering your child for assessment):
1. Complete the "refer your child" form yourself (further down this page)
2. Have your child's paediatrician, GP, school teacher or allied health professional complete our NCCD Referral Form (they can complete it online here or they can print a copy and email it here)

Please note that unfortunately due to travel costs our regional fees are higher than our Melbourne fees.
ASD 4 yrs plus: $3319 Deposit paid at booking:
$1659.50 Remaining

*If the psychologist needs to undertake further assessment or questionnaires to finalise your child’s assessment, additional costs may be incurred (usually around $250)
